Rest in peace Jay Land! You were such a talented builder. You will be missed by all who knew and loved you! I've told this story so many times I'm almost embarrassed to tell it again. I was raised in the (old building) Main Street Baptist Church just like Bobbie Land raised her children in that same church. They NEVER missed a service. In my mind's eye I can still see Bobbie and ALL her children sitting lined up on the very first row. They were always well behaved and listened. Mama would tell me, "Why can't you be still and quiet like them kids sitting on the front row?" I never remember their mother having to tell them to behave. May the mercy and grace of God comfort you during your time of sorrow! Dorothea (Dot) Perritt
