Mark Harris

Services for Mr. Mark "Tubby" Harris, 61, of Grand Saline, are scheduled for 2 p.m., Saturday, May 17, 2025, at Bartley Funeral Home with Bro. Homer Morgan officiating.

Interment will be in Woodside Cemetery.

Mark Harris passed away on May 12, 2025, in Canton, Texas. He was born on September 29, 1963, in Grand Saline to A.W. and Patsy Bailey Harris. A lifelong resident of Grand Saline, Mark attended Grand Saline High School. He went on to work at Texas Instruments in Dallas and spent many years in the oilfield industry. An avid outdoorsman, Mark loved hunting and fishing.

He was preceded in death by his father, A.W. Harris, and his brothers, Ronnie William Harris and Ricky Don Harris.

Survivors include his wife, Jennifer Harris of Ben Wheeler; mother, Patsy Harris of Grand Saline; three sons, Derek Harris of Spring, William Buck Harris of Canton, and Fred Lee Huber of Pittsburg; fourteen grandchildren; nephew and niece, Joseph Hogue of Tyler, and Brandi Yrlas of Ennis; and numerous other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to services on Saturday.
