Visitation for Charles Douglas Morgan, 73, of Fruitvale, is scheduled 10 - 11 a.m., Saturday, May 14, 2022, at Bartley Funeral Home, Grand Saline.

Mr. Morgan passed away May 10, 2022, at his home in Fruitvale. He was born February 27, 1949, in Dallas, to Andrew Jackson & Jeanie Pauline Lambert Morgan. He was raised in the Van Zandt County area, and had lived all over the US before moving to Fruitvale in 2017. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Charlotte Ann Morgan; two sons, Johnny Howard and Larry Howard; grandchildren, Jessica Vieira and Michael Vieira; and two great-grandchildren, Maria & Chloe Kizzair; and numerous siblings.

Survivors include four sons, Charles Morgan II of Mena, AR, Clint Morgan of Mena, AR, Robert Morgan of Grand Saline, and Terry Howard of Mena, AR; six daughters, Brenda Pace of Mena, AR, Sherry Starnes of Grand Saline, Carrie Kelton of Mena, AR, Vicky Johnson of Cash, Anita Morgan of Fruitvale, and Karen Morgan Thomas of Truman, AR; two brothers, Andrew Jackson Morgan of Fruitvale, and Sam Houston Morgan of Grand Saline; sister, Betty Jean Morgan of Washington; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be "Jack Jack" Morgan, Robert Morgan, Daniel Carson, Vernon Carson, Gerald "Knock Knock" Morgan, and Michael Morgan.

Burial will be in Canaanland Cemetery, Mena, Arkansas.
