Obituary for James Randall Blackford
Services for Mr. James Randall Blackford, 68, of Alba, Texas, are scheduled for 2 p.m., Friday, January 28, 2022, at the First Baptist Church of Alba with Dr. Kelly Burton officiating, under the direction of the church and family.
James passed away January 22, 2022, in Tyler. He was born February 19, 1953, on the Livermore Air Force base in Livermore, California. He was a fantastic chef and photographer for many years. James was a loving, caring, father and an even better Pappy to his Grandchildren. James is preceded in death by his mother, Ann; Stepfather, Red; and sister, Kim.
James is survived by his wife, Kay Blackford, and faithful companion Roxy; brother, Russel; and sister, Vickie. James is also survived by his son, Anthony Grisham, and wife, Dani, of Las Vegas, NV; his daughter, Andi Bolden, and husband, Christopher Bolden; along with granddaughters, Addysan and Caydan, and grandson, Jaxyn, of Springdale, AR.
