Obituary for Justin Lee Alderson
Services for Justin Lee Alderson, 30, of Emory, are scheduled for 2 p.m., Monday, May 3, 2021, at First Baptist Church of Alba, with Dr. Kelly Burton officiating under the direction of Wilson-Bartley Funeral Home, Alba.
Interment will be in Hogeye Cemetery, Celeste.
Justin Lee passed away April 29, 2021, at his residence in Emory. He was born July 14, 1990, in Corsicana. Justin lived most of his life in Celeste, before moving to Emory four years ago. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Alba and a certified HVAC Tech. He was over the road driving a truck, for most of his career. Justin loved Mustangs, Harley Davidson Motorcycles, and he also enjoyed fishing. He is preceded in death by his father, David Ray Alderson; stepbrother, Caleb Gaddis; grandfather, Kenneth “Pa Pa” Preston; and best friend, David Cotten.
Survivors include the love of his life, Jessica Alderson of Emory; parents, Kathy and Rick Gaddis of Alba; two sons, Carson Ray Alderson and David Scott “Scotty” Alderson both of Emory; grandmother, Mary Preston of Paris; brother, Jimmy Wayne Alderson and wife Lisa of Celeste; sister, Rebecca Cates of Emory; nephews and nieces, Aden, Addison, Cody, Brooklynn, Brantley, Mazelynn, Landon, Sadie, and Harley; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be Matt Mott, Justin Rickman, Justin Stevens, Justin Frisbie, Carl Keeling, Jimmy Alderson, Landon Alderson, Jeremy Wood, Matt Stevens, and John Stevens.
Memorials can be made to First Baptist Church of Alba, Youth Ministry, 219 Holley St. #200, Alba, Texas 75410.
The family will receive friends, 1 p.m., Monday at the Church.
