Obituary for Angie Carver (Lanham)

Services for Angie Lanham Carver, 54, of Grand Saline, are scheduled for 10 a.m., Saturday, December 5, 2020, at Main Street Baptist Church with Bro. Bruce Smilie officiating under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home, Grand Saline.
Mrs. Carver passed away December 1, 2020, at her residence in Grand Saline. She was born September 2, 1966, in Odessa, to D. H. and Judith Anne Boyd Lanham. Angie grew up in Plano, graduating from Plano High School in 1985. She had lived the past 25 years in Grand Saline. She worked as a beautician for 19 years and was an active member of Main Street Baptist Church. Her passion was cooking and feeding the kids on Wednesday nights at “Kingdom Kids”. Angie was also a volunteer for the Grand Saline Friends of the Library. She was preceded in death by her father, D.H. Lanham; and sister, Rebecca Lanham Traister.
Survivors include her husband of sixteen years, Randy Carver of Grand Saline; mother, Judy Lanham-Kelley and husband Quinton of Fruitvale; son, Quentin Carver of Grand Saline; two stepsons, Herbert Randall Carver, Jr. and wife Catherine of Mineola and John Franklin Carver and wife Jessica of Grand Saline; two sisters, Deborah Lanham of Longview and Alison Lanham of Fruitvale; five grandchildren, Anna, Ma, Hayden, Franky, and Evrett; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be Quentin Carver, Hunter Carver, Herbert Carver, Jr., John Carver, Mason Carver, and Terry Carver.
Memorials may be made to the Grand Saline Friends of the Library.
The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m., Friday at the funeral home.
