Benjamin George Neal October 28, 1964- August 21, 2020

Benjamin George Neal, 55, of Alba, Texas entered into Eternal Life on August 21, 2020 at home, surrounded by family. He was born October 28, 1964 in Dallas, Texas. He was preceded in death by his brother, William Neal, and his beloved parents, Kenneth and Julia Bosiger. He is survived by his wife of eleven years: Kristy Neal; three sons: Jason Neal, Austin Martin, and Andrew Neal; four daughters and two son in-laws: Christina and Ryan Iserman, Amanda and Camilo Travieso, Christiana Roberts and Audrey Martin; one brother and sister in-law: Bobby and Sharon Neal; one sister: Susan Baker; and one granddaughter: McKenna Iserman. Benjamin truly loved and considered his step-children as his very own.

Benjamin took great pride in providing for his family and was employed for the past thirteen years as a diesel mechanic, the last three years at Joe Tex Express in Mineola, Texas. He had a natural talent and life-long passion for working on motors and engines. Benjamin was a family man, devoted husband and the proudest father. He was fond of classic country music, family gatherings, popping fireworks on holidays and a huge Dallas Cowboys football fan. He was a “foodie” and immensely enjoyed cooking for those he loved. He took great pleasure in spending time at the lake and watching dirt track racing. Benjamin had the “gift of gab” and a positive outlook on life that inspired his many friends, coworkers and family. He was a member of Pilgrim Rest No. 2 Baptist Church, in Golden, Texas and a true believer in the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ. His faith brought him great peace, comfort and strength, especially in the final days of his life.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Wilson-Bartley Funeral Home in Alba, Texas. A memorial service will be held at Pilgrim Rest No.2 Baptist Church at 205 County Road 2376 Alba, TX 75410 on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at 2 pm, with Bro. Jason Walters officiating.
