Dorothy Humphreys (Mosley)

Services for Dorothy Mosley Humphreys, 90, Grand Saline, are scheduled for 11 a.m., Wednesday, March 4, 2020, at New Horizons Assembly of God with Bro. Randy Fisher officiating under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Cedars Memorial Gardens, Mineola.
Mrs. Humphreys passed away March 2, 2020, in Grand Saline. She was born September 15, 1929, in Kaufman to Samuel Edward & Jennie Martha Kaizer Mosley. She spent most of her life in the Mineola and Grand Saline area. She lived in Grand Saline since 1998 where she was a member of New Horizons Assembly of God. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Humphreys, Jr.; five brothers, Willie Mosley, J.D. Mosley, Charlie Mosley, Arlie Mosley and Junior Lloyd Mosley; sister, Elsie Mae Hogue; three daughters, Wanda Nell Humphreys, Mary Ann Taylor Murillo and Martha Sue Bennett; and great-granddaughter, April Brewster.
Survivors include her son, James Humphreys and wife Mary of Grand Saline; sister, Emma Nell Bishop and husband Mel of Edgewood; nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; thirty-two great-great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be Jason Humphreys, Cindy Humphreys, Justin Taylor, Robert Harger, Dustin Bailey, Daniel Ellison, Chance McCollum, Opie Nunez and Bryan Johnson.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to services on Wednesday at the church.
