Obituary for Homma Lou Lovett

Services for Homma Lou Lovett, 83, of Grand Saline are scheduled for 11 a.m., Monday, December 30, 2019 at Roundflat Pentecostal Church with Bro. Homer Morgan officiating under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home.
Interment will be in Creagleville Cemetery.
Ms. Lovett passed away December 27, 2019 in Quitman. She was born April 18, 1936 in Grand Saline to Homer B. and Mable Beatrice Christopher Morgan. Homma Lou lived all of her life in the Grand Saline and Fruitvale area. She was a Charter Member of Roundflat Pentecostal Church and worked as an LVN for over forty years in Grand Saline. She was the greatest mom and grandmother to all her kids and grandchildren. Homma Lou was preceded in death by her parents; husband, George Wayne Autry; two grandchildren, Leesa Gray and Kim Rael Autry; three sisters, Violet “Koot” Woodrum, Jean Daugherty, and Hazel Wheeler; three brothers, Jessy Morgan, Ovilee Morgan, and Roy Morgan; and one daughter-in-law, Phyllis Autry.
Survivors include three sons, Stephen Wayne Autry and wife Arthella of Grand Saline, David Michael Autry of Winnsboro, and Mark Paul Autry of Canton; two daughters, Barbara Autry Shafer of Grand Saline and Donna Beatrice Shafer and husband Bart of Carthage; two sisters, Lurilla Stanley of Grand Saline and Pauline Smith and husband Billy Wayne of Fruitvale; twelve grandchildren, Eric Autry, Brandi Rumfield, Misty Sterne, Amy Shafer, David Michael Autry, II, Kristin Michelle Autry, Nicole Smith, Ashley Cook, Cassie Gray-Mason, Travis Shafer, Ryan Autry, and Joshua Autry, eighteen great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be Eric Autry, David Michael Autry II, Travis Shafer, Alec Autry, Ross Rumfield, Joshua Autry, Kyle Rumfield, Ray Watson and Jayden Watson.
Memorials can be made to the Creagleville Cemetery Association P.O. Box 161 Grand Saline, Texas 75140.
The family will receive friends Monday, 10 a.m. at the church.
