Graveside services for Tommy Jay Miller, 56, of Grand Saline, are scheduled for Monday, October 28, 2019 at Sand Flat Cemetery with Bro. Byron George officiating under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home.
Tommy passed away October 25, 2019 in Tyler. He was born August 23, 1963 in Grand Saline to Donald Ray and Glometta Luckett Miller. He lived all his life in Grand Saline and was a member of the Grand Saline High School class of 1981. Tommy had 38 years of service for Morton Salt Company in Grand Saline. He was preceded in death by his parents, “Chig” and “Glo” Miller; and father-in-law, James Earl Williams.
Tommy is survived by his wife of 37 years, Kelly Miller of Grand Saline; daughter, Kelsie Woodall and husband Eric of Grand Saline; two brothers-in-law, Kip Williams and wife Leza of Grand Saline and Larry Gann of Grand Saline; sister, Vickie Stone of Grand Saline; granddaughter, Kinlee Woodall; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be Tony Morgan, Rafael Amaya, Gary “Half Court” Fisher, Don Yarbrough, Brandon Bartlett, and Mike McFarlin.
Memorials can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
The family will receive friends, 6-8 p.m., Sunday at the Bed Rock Inn and Event Center.
