To all of Richard's loved ones, I want to express my deep sorrow for your unexpected loss. I am the IT Regional Manager at the UST office in Dallas and I worked with Richard in Tyler. I got to help him get set up on his first day at work. He was so excited and I remember that Richard, Robin and I had a blast that day even though everything was going wrong starting with I had his name misspelled in the network and we couldn't get anything to work. Horpole!! Can you imagine? I figured that he was very under impressed with my stellar IT Skills! It seemed like everything we did that day was a disaster. He just gave me that grin and we just started laughing our heads off. I knew that day that we would get along great. Robin had her hands full trying to get his access right from that day forward. I was sent to work in the Southern and Western Districts of Texas then to DC where I am still so we didn't get to work together for a time. I was looking forward to working directly with Richard upon my return. He was to be a part of our Systems Staff and I had so many plans and ideas which included Richard. I am sad that I missed out on that opportunity. He was a great addition to our Tyler office and he will be greatly missed.
