Harold Wayne Deuson

GOLDEN – Graveside services for Harold Wayne Deuson, 90, of Golden, are scheduled for Saturday, December 17, 2016, at 2 p.m. at Golden Cemetery, with Bro. Merle Parker officiating.
Mr. Deuson passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2016, at his residence in Golden, Texas.
He was born Wednesday, March 10, 1926, in Golden, to the late Lee Ander and Olive Magnolia Cave Deuson. Harold married Georgia Lou Loyd on May 29, 1964, in Golden, Texas. He served in the Navy and had lived most of his life in Golden. Harold retired from Overhead Door after 25 years, worked for Tyler Pipe, and Alba-Golden ISD for nine years. He was a member of the Golden United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Georgia Deuson of Golden; son, Stacy & Tammy Deuson of Golden; three daughters, Rebecca & Lynn Jones of Alba, Sheila & Charles Harmon of Mineola, and Gayla & Danny Sparkman of Mineola; two brothers, Jesse Clinton & Mary Rose Deuson of Golden and Benny Ray Deuson of Fort Worth; ten grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by parents; four brothers, Loyd Deuson, Victor Deuson, Floyd Deuson, and Bert Deuson; and two sisters, Erma Lee Humphreys and Beulah Mae Bigham.
There will be no family visitation.
