ALBA – Services for Mae Ellen Bell, 75, of Alba, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday, May 5, 2016, at Amazing Grace Fellowship Church, Alba, under direction of Wilson-Bartley Funeral Home, Alba, with Bro. Byron George officiating.
Burial will be in Turner Cemetery, Emory.
Mrs. Bell passed away Monday, May 2, 2016, at her residence in Alba.
She was born Tuesday, December 24, 1940, in Grand Saline, TX, to the late Frank and Madie Pauline Taylor Hill. She married Jack Bell on June 12, 1959, in Alba, TX. She had lived in Alba all her life.
Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Jack Bell of Alba; son, Rickey Lynn Bell of Alba; daughter, Sheila Kay Floyd of Alba; brother, John Edward and Joyce Hill of Alba; 6 grandchildren, Charliene, Jereme, Brandon, Jarrod, Jennifer and Jo Ellen; 7 great-grandchildren, Tyson, Maverick, Sam, Dawson, Hunter, Trystan, and Acapella; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 brothers, Jerrell Dean Hill and Earnest Allen Hill; and sister, Margie Ruth Gipson.
Pallbearers will be Dwayne Hill, Steve Gipson, Les Sweeden, Robbie Hill, Dustin Perkins, Timothy Wedeking, Michael Hill and David Hill.
Family visitation will be at the funeral home Wednesday evening 6-8 p.m.
