Condolence: My deepest sympathy to Butch and the family on the loss of Virginia. I have fond memories of Gin in the times we spent together when my Aunt Jackie was alive, and then through her years of working at the bank, and after that on occasions when we ran in to each other. Gin was a joy to be around.

Condolence: We have been married 63+ years and our old sweet stories of growing up include Robert and Virginia. James was Robert's neighborhood good friend. James always tells of spending the night with Robert and Mrs. Grier would let him have coffee with cream and sugar for breakfast. He also spoke of his and Robert's picking out hickory nuts (they are so hard!) for half a day and getting just a few each to put in a cup. They would pour a little syrup over them and had a dandy treat! Sharon knew Virginia through her sister-in-law Mavis Simpson Jordan. They had worked at the bank together and were sweet beautiful girls I admired so much. Good folks. Great memories. So sorry for your loss Butch and Lauren and family.

Condolence: God bless and comfort you Butch. You were blessed with such wonderful parents, I know you will miss your Mom so much, as you have your Dad. Everyone who knew them is blessed with so many wonderful memories. You are in my prayers.
