Deborah Lois Norrell Prather

ALBA – Funeral services for Deborah Lois Norrell Prather, 64, of Lavon, are scheduled for 3 p.m. Sunday, January 28, 2018, in the Chapel, under the direction of Wilson-Bartley Funeral Home, Alba, with Bro. Roy Prather and Bro. Matthew Prather officiating.
Burial will be in Pilgrim Rest #1 Cemetery, Emory.
Mrs. Prather went to be with her Lord Wednesday, January 24, 2018, in Frisco.
She was born Saturday, October 24, 1953, in Dallas, to the late Robert Irvin and Reta Fae Beaver Norrell. She married Glen Keith Prather on October 30, 1971, in Dallas. Deborah was a secretary for an insurance company and worked in County Clerks Offices in Scurry County and Cottle County. She lived in Quitman and recently moved to Lavon for the last six months. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church, Mesquite.
Survivors include her husband of 46 years, Keith Prather of Lavon; daughters, Wendy and husband Troy McClellan of Lavon and Jamie and husband Chris Willis of Whitehouse; brothers, James and wife Cherry Norrell of New Boston, Mark Norrell of Fort Worth, and Stacey Norrell of Fort Worth; sister, Cindy and husband Craig Zoller of Lewisville; and grandchildren, Andrew, Hannah, Macy, and Ava.
She was preceded in death by her parents; granddaughter, Sophia Marie; and infant grandchild.
Pallbearers will be Craig Zoller, Chris Willis, Stacey Norrell, Troy McClellan, James Norrell, and Andrew Contreras.
Family visitation will be Saturday 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
