LONE OAK – Services for Dorothy Louise Tucker Robinson, 87, of Lone Oak, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday, April 28, 2017, at Lone Oak Assembly of God, with Bro. Sam Calk, Bro. Tom Calk, and Bro. Charles Sheffield officiating.
Burial will be in Hall Cemetery, Lone Oak, under the direction of Bartley’s Lone Oak Funeral Home.
Ms. Robinson passed away Tuesday, April 25, 2017, at her residence in Lone Oak.
She was born November 10, 1929, in Quinlan, to the late Lawrence Tucker and Ida Ethel Sisk Garrett. She married Lee Clark Robinson on October 9, 1954, in Rockwall. Dorothy was a housewife and lived most of her life in the Lone Oak area. She was a member of Lone Oak Assembly of God.
Survivors include her sons, Jimmy and wife Peggy Robinson of Lone Oak and Jackie and wife Peggy Robinson of Mineral Springs, AR; daughters, Katie and husband Bobby Miller of Grand Saline, Linda and husband Jimmy Moore of Quinlan, Barbara Fannin of Lone Oak, Doris and husband Gerald Stotts of Lone Oak, and Susie and husband Conrad Bishop of Lone Oak; brother, David and wife Janet Garrett of Tonopah, AZ; 17 grandchildren and spouses, Kathy Bolen of Duluth, GA, Scott and Pam Miller of Buford, GA, Mark and Betty Miller of Thomaston, GA, Gina and Kali Torres of Buford, GA, David Robinson of Mineral Springs, AR, Debbie and Jammy Furr of Mineral Springs, AR, Carolyn and Danny Gudgel of Lone Oak, Edward and Mini Robinson of Greenville, Joseph and Deidra Robinson of San Antonio, Daymond Weatherford of Carrollton, Michael and Wendi Quesenberry of East Tawakoni, Kristi Calvert of Lone Oak, Chris and Jennifer Fannin of Lone Oak, Clay and Shelley Stotts of Lone Oak, Doug and Lisa Bishop of Montgomery, Lance Bishop of College Station, and Cory and Natascha Bishop of Plano; 32 great-grandchildren; and 27 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 45 years, Lee Clark Robinson; grandson, Chad Stotts; son-in-law, Billy Fannin; and sisters, Bettye Simmons and Judith Allen.
Pallbearers will be Doug Bishop, Lance Bishop, Cory Bishop, Clay Stotts, Chris Fannin, Edward Robinson, and David Robinson.
Honorary pallbearers will be Scott Miller, Mark Miller, Daymond Weatherford, Michael Quesenberry, and Joseph Robinson.
Family visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Bartley’s Lone Oak Funeral Home.
