Colton Montana McGahee
ALBA – Services for Colton Montana McGahee, 21, of Alba, are scheduled for 3 p.m. Sunday, October 2, 2016, at House of Prayer, Emory, with Bro. Shawn King officiating.
Burial will be in Lake Fork Memorial Cemetery, Alba, under the direction of Wilson-Bartley Funeral Home, Alba.
Colton passed away Thursday, September 29, 2016, in Hitchcock, Texas.
He was born Wednesday, October 5, 1994, in Sulphur Springs, to Bill Todd and Rebecca Anne Hearon McGahee. Colton was a student at Texas A&M in Galveston studying Marine Biology in the medical field. He was sweet, gentle, caring, and one who would do anything for anybody. He loved to travel, kayak, and was a member of Maritime Academy in Galveston and also of House of Prayer in Emory.
Survivors include his parents, Todd and Rebecca McGahee of Alba; brothers, Logan McGahee of Alba, Eli McGahee of Alba, Meritt McGahee of Alba, Chance Hull-McGahee of Alba, and Jerry Skinner-McGahee of Alba; sister, Justice Hull-McGahee of Alba; grandparents, Bill and Fern McGahee of Alba and Bucky and Patricia Hearon of Kilgore; Aunts and Uncles, Tammy and Roy Brimer of Emory, Kimberly McGahee of Alba, Corey and Elizabeth Hearon of Overton, and Nicholas and Justen Hearon of Kilgore; and first cousins, Kaleb and Jerrica, Kendra and Mitchell, Kayla, Kanaan, Kerby, Caroline, Adam, Madalyn, Lucas, Lillian, Riley, Olivea, Sean, and Bethany.
Pallbearers will be Kaleb Brimer, Marty Glidewell, Elijah Turner, Shawn Smith, Richard Penaflor, Jese Swoape, Jake Whitaker, and Destry Kopilak.
Family visitation will be an hour before the service.
